By accessing and using the services provided by 1531 Swift, LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1531 Swift, LLC provides colocation, connectivity, and related data center services. Specific terms for each service are outlined in the applicable Service Order and Master Service Agreement.
Monthly recurring charges are due on the first of each month. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% per month late fee. Setup fees and first month's charges are due upon execution of the Service Order.
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.
1531 Swift's liability is limited to the monthly recurring charges paid in the month the incident occurred. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
