This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of services provided by 1531 Swift, LLC. By using our services you agree to comply with this policy.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: illegal activities, spamming, phishing, distribution of malware, unauthorized access to computer systems, copyright infringement, and any activity that disrupts other customers or the network.
You may not use our network to launch denial-of-service attacks, port scans without authorization, or any other activity that degrades network performance for other customers.
You are responsible for all content transmitted through our services. Illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement.
