All visitors must check in at reception. Customers must provide a list of authorized personnel. Photo ID is required for access. Tailgating is strictly prohibited.
All equipment must be listed on the Service Order before installation. Equipment must not exceed the weight or power limits of the assigned cabinet. Cabinets must be kept clean and organized with blanking panels installed.
All cabling must be neat and properly labeled. Cable runs outside the assigned cabinet require prior approval. Cross connects must be ordered through the customer portal.
No food or beverages are permitted on the data center floor. Proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures must be followed. Fire egress paths must remain clear at all times.
Professional conduct is required at all times. Disruption of other customers is prohibited. Photography requires prior written approval. Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the facility and termination of services.
